The Congress promises to feature oral and maxillofacial professionals from around the globe to provide you with unique access to the latest innovations and technological advances in our field. The programme will be focused on how technology is leading to innovative techniques within our specialty. We will be exploring in particular the advances in surgical techniques learnt from experience in conflict over the past 100 years, as we mark the centenary of The Great War.

The location for the Congress is Queen Elizabeth II Centre, a dedicated Congress site in the heart of Westminster – with fast links into UK by air and Central London by over-ground and underground railways. The opening session will adopt the theme of lessons learned and technological innovations in the surgical management of the craniofacial region arising out of our experience in conflict over the past 100 years across Europe and the wider world.

London is a city steeped in history, culture, and ceremony and we hope that Congress delegates will have an opportunity to enjoy some of the many iconic sights of the city during their stay. Explore historical buildings, palaces and monuments; theatres, concert halls and opera houses as well as visiting places written about by Shakespeare and Dickens and popularised in movies.
